It helps if forward facing staff in accounts and marketing have an appreciation of the basics of energy efficiency.  FEC’s engineering and energy consultants have experience in delivering this information in short training courses.  Whether it be a 1 hour quick overview or an intensive 2 or 3 day course we have the experience to provide the right level of training for non-technical staff.


Case history – E.ON telesales staff


E.ON engaged FEC to brief their telesales and account managers on the latest thinking on business energy efficiency.  Courses had to be concise and to-the-point to reduce call centre down-time for the sales teams.  The briefings helped staff in their negotiation with customers, broadening conversations into areas of efficient energy usage and helping cross promotion of E.ON services.
