Ofgem requires that energy suppliers should provide energy efficiency information for all customers.  Providing this for the business market requires a broad knowledge of efficiency technologies and business types. With a team of Carbon Trust/Institute of Energy registered advisors and an understanding of the requirements of Ofgem, FEC Services is well equipped to undertake this role.

Case history – E.ON energy efficiency advice

E.ON uses FEC Services to provide their business energy efficiency advice services according to their Electricity Supply License obligation. An 0800 helpline is provided with literature forwarding and signposting to other services. Reports categorising enquiries in compliance with the Ofgem template returns are produced.
