When e-on small-business customers ring their Energy Efficiency Helpline, the call comes directly in to FEC Services where it is dealt with by one of our skilled consultants. In this way the customer can be given expert independent and authoritative advice on energy use. FEC consultants use information from the Carbon Trust and refer to our own energy efficiency information intranet.
