Now here’s an obvious statement - providing a membership service is all about providing services to members. That includes those bespoke things that you understand about your particular membership, but it also includes little extras that make your offer broad and comprehensive – like insurance, credits cards, employment advice and of course an energy deal. 

And that’s where we come in. We can act as a friendly go-between, between your membership and the world of energy trading, taking out the torturous wait on the telephone and the conversation with someone in a call centre who doesn’t care if you’re a farmer or a florist.

As operators of the NFU Energy Service we have talked to over 2,500 of their members over the last few years who have been looking for advice on energy contacts. Sometimes they have wanted us to find them a new supplier. Other times they have wanted to check out a price or a contractual detail.  We’ve always been able to help.
