That includes those bespoke things that you understand about your particular membership, but it also includes little extras that make your offer broad and comprehensive – like insurance, credits cards, employment advice and of course an energy deal.

And that’s where we come in. We can act as a friendly go-between, between your membership and the world of energy trading, taking out the torturous wait on the telephone and the conversation with someone in a call centre who doesn’t care if you’re a farmer or a florist.
