 British Gas has added to its existing holding in Ecoenergy Ltd by purchasing the remaining share of the company.
Ecoenergy Ltd design and supply solutions for biomass heating - a sector which certainly looks set to grow significantly in the coming months as the recent launch of the Renewable Heat Incentive means there is now a financial incentive for generating heat using a renewable energy source for combustion.
The acquisition of the company supports British Gas’ strategy to help their customers to reduce their carbon emissions through renewable technology.
