Andrew is jointly responsible for the day to day management of FEC, including overseeing technical output, commercial activity and deployment of human resources and is also responsible for specialist technical input to a wide range of work. He has particular expertise in the areas of electrical systems engineering, energy use in the livestock and crop production sectors and technical communications with agricultural businesses. Author of a number of technical guides detailing energy technologies and environmental control techniques for agriculture.

Key Skills
Extensive knowledge of the following technical areas in the agricultural/energy fields: Heat conservation and recovery devices for process heating and drying; animal feed preparation and materials handling; air handling, refrigeration, humidity control for fruit and vegetable storage buildings; near-ambient temperature grain drying system including, air handling, control, heating and dehumidification; handling and treatment of livestock effluents including, separation, pumping, irrigation and aerobic treatment; electrical Installation design, energy monitoring, environmental and system monitoring.
